Lemburg House was established in 2016 by Ben Fuller along with his wife, Trish Fuller. After many years as a multifamily builder in Houston, Ben craved a more personal approach to the building process. Anxious to return to the Texas Hill Country, he pursued his lifelong dream of building custom homes. Ben embodies the values of Lemburg House and considers collaborating with clients to build distinguished homes a privilege.

Trish grew up living in and out of the Country but has always considered Texas home. Traveling throughout her upbringing, shaped her passion for enterprise, tradition, and connecting people. She applies these qualities to growing Lemburg House and serving clients with excellence. Trish believes above all; a home should be a place of belonging and generosity.
Kyle Parsons

Kyle has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. He joined Lemburg House in the early years and has played a vital role in the growth of the company. While Kyle grew up in rural Kansas, he and his wife were grateful to set roots in the Texas Hill Country and raise their family. Kyle leads our field staff by example and manages day-to-day construction operations with thoughtful efficiency.
Andrew Colwell

Andrew is passionate about Building Science and the direct benefits it holds for a home and family. This, along with the values of Lemburg House, inspired the transition from production residential construction to custom home building. Husband and father to two young girls, he is focused on building a legacy in all he does. Andrew is knowledgeable and takes initiative to apply his expertise in the execution of every home.
Knox Schroller
Superintendent
Knox moved to Fredericksburg in ‘13 and joined the construction industry to develop specialized skills in carpentry. The culmination of which prepared him to take a 1912 home down to the studs and build it back up again for his family! These experiences have highlighted the relational aspects of building and given him a respect for quality craftsmanship. Knox has a good eye for detail and pursues excellence in his work.
